    Abstract
    Human sewage equals feces, one ofhuman body sewage which come from rectum. Feces one of remain materials from digestion in human digestion system. Feces can also occasion many kind of disease which come from mikroorganism in feces beside that can cause polution for water and groundwater. Some indication which indicate pollutant level is COD and TSS. With all of the reason, we need to take technology that hope can used for decrease concentration of TSS and COD in feces. On this research technology that used is starbio plus with composition of 30gr, 40gr, 50gr, 60gr, and 70gr at 50 liter sample. Starbio plus are microbiology pollen which developed by Lembah Hijau Mutifarm, that pollen containing microorganism which useful to decrease septic tank volume with devour feces in septic tank. Starbio plus have excess like omit odor therewith decrease 60 - 70% feces volume in septic tank inside of 7- 10 days, and save for environment. The purpose of the research are : a) To know ability of starbio plus in decrease TSS and COD in feces, b) To know the best dossage from starbio plus to decrease TSS and COD. In this research using starbio plus and septic tank reactor, insert teces sample to reactor then added starbio plus accord with dose, do every dose variation in one week with every day used to take sample in one week The COD concentrate is increase optimum at first week equals -105,05%) then for TSS optimum increase at fifth week equals -114.48%. The COD concentrate is decrease optimum at fouth week equals 51,12% and for TSS got the optimum decrease atthird week equals 66,84% Key Word: Feces, Septic Tank, Mikroorganism, TSS and COD
