EVALUASI PENYIMPANAN NARKOTIKA, PSIKOTROPIKA, DAN PREKURSOR FARMASI DI RUMAH SAKIT JIWA GRHASIA YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2019

Abstract

The management of drugs especially the storage process must be good and right, especially the storage of drugs that are psychoactive such as narcotics and psychotropic substances, and substances or starting materials or chemicals such as pharmaceutical precursors. Narcotics, psychotropic, and pharmaceutical precursors can be detrimental if misused, therefore storage of narcotic, psychotropic, and pharmaceutical precursors is need of more attention and care. This study aims to evaluate the storage of narcotics, psychotropic drugs and pharmaceutical precursors at Yogyakarta Grhasia Mental Hospital. This study was an observational study with a cross sectional study design. Data analysis uses a checklist of laws and indicators of drug storage efficiency. The results of this study indicate that the suitability of narcotic storage is 82.60%, psychotropic 86.95%, and pharmaceutical precursors 83.33% in accordance with statutory regulations. Indicators that have been efficient are the compatibility of drugs with a 100% control card and 100% FEFO warehouse structuring system, while those that have not been efficient are a turn over ratio with a value of 2.4 times / year the percentage of drugs that are damaged and or expired with a value of 10.8%, the percentage of dead stock in 2018 is 16.2%, the percentage of final stock of warehouses is 41.6%, and the average percentage of time for a vacancy is 2.8%.
