Abstract: The development of construction services in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Construction companies strive to win the competition by enhancing their products or services, so they can provide satisfaction for their customers. One of the alternatives found is the use of Wiremesh as a substitute for reinforcement irons. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of quality, cost and time on the floor plate using conventional reinforcement and using wiremesh reinforcement steel.

The results of this analysis, obtained by comparison of conventional reinforcement and the wiremesh reinforcement on the calculation of strength can be concluded that the use of Wiremesh reinforcement has a moment of plan and the moment of capacity is greater than conventional reinforcement Because the Wiremesh reinforcement has a higher steel quality even though it uses a greater density between the reinforcement and thickness of the same plate, so that the use of the M8 and M10 Wiremesh reinforcement is sufficient based on the calculation of the power Needed. As for the calculation of the cost and the time of construction of floor plate structure of Hotel Pondokan Bhayangkara Yogyakarta, obtained the work cost of the structure of conventional reinforcement floor plate amounted to Rp 600,630,807.24 and requires Work time for 49 days. As for the floor plate structure uses a wiremesh reinforcement of Rp 540,330,423.07 and requires a job time of 33 days. This result shows that the work of the floor plate using a wiremesh reinforcement there is a cost savings of 10.04% and the completion time is more effective 32.6% on the work of the conventional reinforcement floor plate.
