ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN BIAYA DAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN KOLOM ANTARA METODE BETON KONVENSIONAL DENGAN PRECAST
Abstract
Construction projects in Indonesia are currently experiencing a significant increase,
especially in big cities, the implementation methods for each project can differ according to the
social conditions of the community and nature. The type of construction material technology used
will affect the ability of the building and also affect the budget for the cost and time of project
implementation. In construction it is known as two methods of concrete work which are often used,
namely conventional methods and precast methods, because of high requirements and fast duration
in completing a construction project, this precast method is used.
This research was conducted to find out the comparison of the cost and time of
implementation of conventional and precast method columns, conventional method calculation data
taken from the project while the precast method uses the calculation of SNI 7832: 2012 regarding
the calculation procedure for precast concrete units for building construction, the calculation
results compared costs and the time between the conventional method and the precast method on
the column structure in the Yogyakarta Sleman Polda Gowok Flat Project is the conventional
concrete method of Rp. 626,310,009.00 and the precast concrete method is Rp. 891,8922,260.00.

The price difference between the conventional concrete method and precast concrete is Rp.
265,582,250.00 or the precast concrete method is 42% more expensive than the conventional
concrete method, with a difference of 6 days longer than the precast method because it uses one
machine.
