Meanwhile in Indonesia newly there are two factory producing sodimn of carboxymethyl cellulose ( Na-CMC ) and that even also its capacities not yet answered the demand the industrial requirement permanent consumer Na-CMC. On that account, building of factory of sodium of carboxymethyl cellulose was very needed.
Pre of Design of factory sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, will plan to be build in the year 2008 with location in Cilegon above land which width 20 ha and its production capacities 10.000 ton per year. Sum up the employees as much 138 people start from master till grad SMU. Factory operated by continue by 330 workday per year.

Reaction run in a rotary reactor have three zona reaction. The zona are alkalisasi, karboksimetilasi, and completion react. Product out from reactor have moisture 40 ,5%. Then product aging in cans. After process in aging, product processed in attritor mill and dried in flash dryer until have moisture 5%. Primary product made cool in cooling duct and locked out with air in cyclone.
Water for process take from river, while electrics obtained from PLN and as reserve provided by two generator. Fuel oil used for the generator and furnace. Amount of water required [of] equal to 560.974 m3/year, electrics requirement 261,86 KV A, and requirement of fuel oil 1.362.504 lb/year.
