dc.description.abstractIn indonesia the deep well to represent one of the way to intake ofground water which is many applied Because easy and enforceable by society with the simple equipments and its expensive is cheap. Matter causing the quality of ground water is decreasing among others the amount of bacterium Escherichia Coli in ground water of outside maximum boundary, the obstetrically is Escherichia Coli ≥1898 MPN/100 ml. to get ready requirement the clean water of society of sub district Suryaatmajan obtained from the Ground water. This research have the character of the monitoring to know the quality of ground water Sub-District of Suryaatmajan with intake sampel from nine deep well. To know the content of Escherichia Coli done a laboratory test by using of method MPN Coli (Most Probable Number) doubled tube 3-3-3. with the temperature of incubation 370C, Estimate result closest sum up the ( PTJ) MPN Coli from this method is limited until to amount of MPN Coli >1898 MPN /100 ml. The result of Analyze the Laboratory, knowable that from nine for water sample in the ground water in sub district Suryaatmajan have contaminated by bacterium of Eschenchia Coli with the concentration of above Maximum sill anabled by as condition existence ofbactenum Escherichia Coli.en_US
