dc.description.abstractThe Human Development Index is an important indicator in measuring the welfare of the community. The community can be said to be prosperous where a region has a high Human Development Index. This study analyzes the Human Development Index in districts / cities in East Nusa Tenggara in 2013-2017. This study uses panel data that connects 2013 - 2017 times series data and cross section data of 21 Regencies / Cities of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The data used in this study are secondary data which includes IPM, Ministry of Education, Health, Education, and Rill Perkapita Exploitation. The results of this study indicate that the variable Poverty is significant and has negative impact on HDI, health is not significant and has positive impact on HDI , education is significant and has a positive impact on HDI, and the variable Perkapita Expenditure Rill is significant and has a positive impact on HDIen_US
