| dc.description.abstract | The mosque is a means of worship that serves as a center of civilization. Allah Almighty
promises to those who build and prosper the mosque will get a reward. Religious activities in
Argodadi Village are of special interest. The community has an initiative to build mosques to
include community-owned land around the mosque voluntarily. It aims to improve the prosperity
of the mosque, but efforts made by the community have not significantly affected. The problems
faced by the mosque management is that there is no understanding of mosque management and
integrated mosque activities program, and the people's understanding that the prosperity of the
mosque is the responsibility of the mosque management, causing less enthusiasm for the
community to contribute to mosque activities, so that the management of the mosque is good in
terms of program activities nor the management of the mosque has been running well and
effectively. Based on these problems, the mosque management training for mosque officials and
mosques with the main material on mosque management, mosque organizational structure, and
mosque program design and module management and mosque program development based on the
background of pilgrims, as a guidance for mosque management to synergize improve the quality of
