Seiring dengan meningkatnya kejadian terkait perubahan iklim beberapa&#13;
tahun terakhir, green buldng dianggap mampu menjadi salah satu solusi&#13;
untuk menekan laju perubahan iklim di beberapa negara, termasuk&#13;
Indoneisa. Salah satu teknologi upaya yang mampu mendukung&#13;
pengembangan green building adalah penerapan teknologi plumbing.&#13;
Plumbing mampu mendukung upaya konservasi air, sehingga dapat&#13;
meminimalisir penggunaan air bersih yang tidak perlu dari kebutuhan&#13;
air dalam gedung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui&#13;
seberapa jauh kajian penelitian mengenai plumbing yang telah dikaji,&#13;
termasuk kaitannya dengan green building. Penelitian ini menggunakan&#13;
metode literatur review berdasarkan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data&#13;
dikumpulkan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP) dan&#13;
dianalisis menggunakan software VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan&#13;
peta jaringan interaktif dan menganalisis data bibliometrik. Berdasarkan&#13;
hasil visualisasi jaringan, penelitian terkait plumbing system memiliki&#13;
hubungan yang kuat dengan implementation, water, use, system,&#13;
building, plumbing, green building, energy, green building rating system,&#13;
dan bim. Hasil visualisasi overlay plumbing system dan green building&#13;
rating system, keduanya termasuk penelitian-penelitian terbaru yang saat&#13;
ini banyak diteliti/dikaji. Green building dan building memiliki tingkat&#13;
kepadatan yang tinggi dibandingkan topik penelitian lain disekitarnya.&#13;
Secara keseluruhan, penelitian mengenai plumbing kaitannya dengan&#13;
green bulding masih tergolong sedikit namun populer beberapa tahun&#13;
terakhir, sehingga penelitian ini perlu dikaji lebih dalam lagi dan&#13;
disesuaikan dengan standar perencanaan plumbing dan green bulding di&#13;
setiap negara.

The ongoing toll road development is the Solo - Yogyakarta - NYIA Kulon&#13;
Progo Toll Road Project which aims to reduce congestion on the main&#13;
roads and support economic improvement in an area, especially Central&#13;
Java and DI Yogyakarta. In this project several connecting bridges were&#13;
built to avoid rivers and cultural heritage, one of which is the Surah&#13;
Bridge. In supporting a bridge, a bridge foundation is needed which&#13;
functions to distribute the load from the overlying structure to the&#13;
supporting soil layer below without a decrease in the structural system.&#13;
This research was conducted on the Solo-Yogya-NYIA Kulon Progo Toll&#13;
Road Project Section 1 Package 1.1 Solo-Klaten, specifically on the&#13;
Surah Bridge STA 12+195 using secondary data from PT Adhi Karya&#13;
(Persero) Tbk. This study aims to determine the weight of the load acting&#13;
on the bridge, the bearing capacity, and the foundation that is more&#13;
effectively and efficiently used in receiving the loading of the Surah&#13;
Bridge. The results obtained from this study are the loading on the Surah&#13;
Bridge with a vertical load of 6776,29 tons. The bearing capacity (Qall)&#13;
of the Drill Pile based on the Reese &amp; Wright Method is 589.37 Tons and&#13;
the Skempton Method is 476.55 Tons. The bearing capacity (Qall) of the&#13;
Pile based on the U.S. Army Corps Method is 439.64 Tons and the&#13;
Tomlinson Method is 630.10 Tons. The more effective and efficient&#13;
foundation used on the Surah Bridge is the pile foundation using the&#13;
calculation of the Tomlinson Method because the number of pile uses can&#13;
be minimized.

Selecting the right type of soil is very important in building construction&#13;
&#13;
planning to ensure stability and adequate bearing capacity. High-&#13;
plasticity (MH) silt soils can expand when wet and contract when dry,&#13;
&#13;
which can cause soil settlement and damage to structures above them.&#13;
This research aims to determine the effect of adding cement and Rotec&#13;
as stabilizing materials on shear strength parameters. The tests carried&#13;
out are in the form of soil property tests and Triaxial UU&#13;
(Unconsolidated Undrained) tests.&#13;
The results of this research show that the test soil is categorized as elastic&#13;
silt soil (silt with sand) based on the USCS classification and soil with&#13;
moderate to poor properties based on the AASHTO classification. Based&#13;
on UU Triaxial testing, the cohesion value (c) of the original soil was&#13;
found to be 0.655 kg/cm2 with an internal friction angle (φ) of 28.080o.&#13;
The largest cohesion value (c) is found in the variation of adding 1%&#13;
Rotec + 1.5% cement for 14 days of curing, namely 0.811 kg/cm2 with an&#13;
internal shear angle (φ) value of 32.639°. This shows that the use of&#13;
cement and Rotec can increase soil shear strength parameters.

This study evaluates the axial bearing capacity of pile foundations on clay&#13;
soil in Cakung, East Jakarta, a region with complex soil conditions for&#13;
construction. The research involves collecting field data using a&#13;
Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD) to measure hydraulic pressure&#13;
during pile installation and analyzing data from Standard Penetration&#13;
Tests (SPT) and Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) tests. Results show&#13;
significant variations in bearing capacity at different depths, ranging&#13;
from 8 to 12 meters. Pile points near BH-04 and BH-03 faced difficulties&#13;
reaching 12 meters depth as the soil bearing capacity exceeded the HSPD&#13;
capacity before this depth. A substantial increase in post-installation&#13;
bearing capacity was observed through PDA tests, with an increase of&#13;
79.19 tons at grid A-5 after 19 days. This increase is due to augmented&#13;
friction over time, as shown by CAPWAP analysis in the PDA tests. There&#13;
is a strong correlation between HSPD manometer data and undrained&#13;
shear strength (Cu), with a determination coefficient (R2) of 0.8286. Using&#13;
HSPD manometer data for evaluating bearing capacity provides more&#13;
accurate and consistent results compared to conventional methods&#13;
relying solely on soil investigation data. Additionally, the use of HSPD in&#13;
pile installation offers better control over pile positioning and depth,&#13;
while reducing vibration and noise impacts, making it suitable for densely&#13;
populated urban areas. PDA tests validate HSPD data, demonstrating&#13;
significant post-installation capacity increases, crucial for ensuring&#13;
structural safety and stability.
