The aim of this study to determine the positive effect of Intellectual Capital toward financial performance of the company. The independent variable in this study using Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM). The main components of VAICTMconsist of Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA), financial performance as the dependent variable is measured by using Return On Assets (ROA), Assets Turnover ( ATO), Growth Revenue (GR), Return on Equity (ROE) and Market to Book Value (MtBV). The population of this study is company's services sub-sector of the financial sector of banking, insurance and securities listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2011-2014. Based on the purposive sampling method, samples were resulted 104 samples (26 companies X 4-year study period). Sofware to data calculation using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that (1) Intellectual Capital no significant effect to ROA, (2) Intellectual Capital significant positive effect to ATO, (3) Intellectual Capital no significant effect to GR, (4) Intellectual Capital significant positive effect to ROE, (5) Intellectual Capital significant positive effect to MtBV.
