This study, entitled 'Compensation and Career Development at the International Franchise Retail Stores (Case Study Senior Employee At PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama). The purpose of this study are: 1) To find out how the process of career Operation Manager, Area Coordinator, and Store Supervisor; 2) To determine the career development process an OM, AC, and SS; 3) To know the obstacles and challenges; 4) To know the form and amount of compensation; 5) To determine employee satisfaction in compensation. This study is a qualitative research approach to the case. This study uses data collection methods, ie interviews, observation, and documentation. Speakers contained in this research is Mr. Vicko as Operational Manager, Mr. Elly as Area Coordinator, and Mr. Bogy as Store Supervisor. To determine the validity of the data used to test the credibility of the data or confidence in the data. Methods of testing data using triangulation and member check. Methods of data analysis using data reduction, a data display, and conclusion drawing. From research conducted it can be seen the three senior employees in the course of than career has always worked based on interests (protean career) and without planning, as well as always working with capabilities. Then they always worked with the aim to develop a career in this company because of the career development system is done structurally. Factor old employees and new employees who have career advancement is different, as junior senior passes. Continuing education cost factor is also a senior employee of this third barrier. In terms of compensation, which is obtained by the three senior employees in the form of financial and non-financial compensation, which amount is more in the form of financial compensation. Then the period of employment, position, and job performance also affects the amount of compensation received. In terms of job satisfaction was found that a good performance will bring good results so as to create job satisfaction, and the last is the situation and security conditions in the work also creates job satisfaction among the three senior employees.
