In an effort to increase the growth an area, the government tried to advance sectors that can grow the economy in an area, one of them used gross regional domestic product data. In the application, the government tried to know sector whatever developed to increase economic growth an area. To know the sector which can develop usually used location quotient analysis (LQ), where LQ analysis will produce based or non-based sector. Then dynamic location quotient (DLQ) analysis, which is with this analysis could see GRDP sectors position changing in the future. Last analysis is the multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), with this analysis, the differences between treatments can be seen, to help an author to see the difference in the scores leading sectors in every district of Lombok Island. This research used the case study of GDRP value on every district in the Lombok Island and value of growth rate from each district in Lombok Island years 2009-2013 which obtained from Western Nusa Tenggara BPS and Bapedda. In the analysis, LQ and DLQ will be combined into a decision by priority sectors to be developed in every district. As for the result, LQ and DLQ show that Eastern Lombok district had highest superior sectors held by the manufacturing sector, and for the future, there has been no sector which is capable of being the leading sector. In Western Lombok district, highest sector held by trade sector, hotel and restaurant, while there is no sector able to be the leading sector for the future. For Middle Lombok district the highest leading sector held by the manufacturing sector, but in the future, this sector has not been able to be base sector, transportation and communication sector which is capable of being the leading sector in the future. In Northern Lombok district the highest leading sector held by the agricultural sector and for the leading sectors was obtained by value of services sector which is capable of being the leading sector. Last, the highest leading sector in Mataram district held by the financial sector, rent, and service company. This sectors also held highest leading sector in the future. From MANOVA analysis obtained the conclusion that the average leading sectors together show the real difference in various districts and differences of the district would give influence in the average leading sectors individually.
