Poverty is a definite problems in natural by each nation of, especially on country that developed .Indonesia was one of those nations which are problems about poverty, poverty in indonesia each year always experience percentage increase and decrease that is fluctuant. In this case poverty often causes issues such as the criminality and an increase in the number of unemployed in indonesia. Dompet Peduli Umat Daarut Tauhiid may have the purpose of to reduce poverty by the implementation of the community economic empowerment MiSykat namely the program. The purpose of this research is to described mechanism used in managing zakat productive and analyzes the effectiveness of the program microfinance syariah  community-based (MiSykat) in DPU-DT (Dompet Peduli Umat Daarut Tauhiid) the branch yogyakarta. The kind of research done by the writer is the field research namely research that data and the information was obtained through interviews and questionnaires with the parties involved .In this case , research object is DPU-DT (Dompet Peduli Umat-Daarut Tauhiid) the branch of yogyakarta and mustahiq. In this thesis writer in data collection through: the questionnaire, intervie , observation and documentation. From the research result conducted by a constituent of is that the program misykat efektiv against economic empowerment masyakarat as seen from the measurement of by counting comparison income before as members of the misykat and after as members of the lead to results t count t count = t table = 0.00 = 303 then HO = rejected, and measurement of uses the to see the effectiveness the programs DPU-DT the branch of yogyakarta in the perception of capital partners said very agree that flanking program of misykat this can memberdayaakan community economic, said municipality partners cooperate really agree can be seen from the result obtained 81,94 % as much as.
