Islamic business ethics is an ethical norms based on the Qur'an and the Hadith which should serve as guidelines to live by the businessmen. But in fact,  a lot of unscrupulous businessmen who commit fraud so out of the norm of Islamic business ethics. This study aims to describe and analyze comprehensively and thoroughly on the application of business ethics adopted by business firms home industry. Then proceed by describing the impact of acquired companies after applying the principles of business ethics Islamic. Factors used to analyze the impact of the application of Islamic business ethics on the progress of the company's business is business ethics system axiom implications Islamic is monotheism, free will, balance, responsibility, and virtue (ihsan). Then these factors are used to analyze some of the aspects that the authors hope will be the parameters of the business aspects of a company's progress. Some of these aspects include marketing, management and human resources, legal, social, environmental, and financial. This type of  research will be used by the author is a qualitative descriptive study. This research uses primary and secondary file. The primary file obtained through interviews method or sourced directly from the owner and employees of the company while the secondary obtained indirectly from the object of research, namely from other parties who have the necessary file and information relating to the object of research. The method of analysis file was conducted using descriptive analysis the researchers tried to descriptive  information is in accordance with the variables to be studied. Results from this study indicate that, the company has implemented Bandeng Plump Ummuqoni Islamic business ethics by integrating the fifth axiom business ethics against likes a mirrors Islamic in every process of the company's operations. In terms of research on the impact of the application of Islamic business ethics on the progress of the six aspects of the company's business progress parameter. Through the success of the company, then the company can be said to go ahead and have good prospects for the future. It can be seen from the financial aspect of the company that has been included into the criteria for medium-sized companies and the company is already well known among local and national governments.
