This research aims to evaluate the effect of ownership structure, size firm, and profitability on Risk Management Disclosure. This research used banking industry listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia. The sample used was 28 banking firms listed from 2010-2014 in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Purposive sampling is used because the information taken from resource that chosen by specific criteria. The statistics method used here was multiplied analysis linier regression. The results show that Managerial Ownership had no significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure, Domestic Institutions Ownership had positive significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure, Foreign Institutions Ownership had positive significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure, Public Ownership had no significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure, Firm Size had positive significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure, and Profitability had no significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure.
