The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) credit terms, 2) lending process, 3) quality of credits, 4) the settlement of non-performing loan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Yogyakarta. This study used qualitative descriptive as research tools. Data collected from insider and the Operational Standard Procedures (SOP) documents. Data collected by interviews and documentation technique. The conclusion of this study are: 1) the condition requirements by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Yogyakarta on credit purpose is to submit lending application proposal including information of the creditor, 2) lending process is very good, regarding to the prudent and tight analysis lending process. It proved by two analysis methods: qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, 3) Credit quality of Bank Mandiri Branch Yogyakarta is categorized as good, because its non-performing loan (NPL) is at second grade, 4) The non performing loan (NPL) solve is whether by credit management, credit transfer, credit coaching, credit rescue, credit settlement, or by remove book and remove receivable.
