This research is related to how the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction in Restaurant The House Of Raminten Yogyakarta, How to influence consumer satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Restaurant The House Of Raminten Yogyakarta, Does Corporate Image can affect the interaction between customer satisfaction to Customer Loyalty at Restaurant The House Of Raminten Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to explain the extent of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction in Restaurant The House Of Raminten Yogyakarta, to explain the extent to which influence consumer satisfaction influence on Customer Loyalty in Restaurant The House Of Raminten Yogyakarta, to explain the extent of Corporate Image can affect the interaction between the Customer Satisfaction Customer Loyalty in Restaurant The House of Raminten. Respondents in this study were 96 people. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and in analyzing the data using linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on the quality of service to customer satisfaction Restaurant The House of Raminten. Secondly there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction to customer loyalty in Restaurant The House of Raminten. Third There is interaction effect and significant influence of the corporate image of moderating consumer satisfaction with customer loyalty Restaurant The House of Raminten means higher corporate image the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is also higher.
