Especially digestive organs like small intestine, because it has many of vili which an ability to absorb most of nutrient that we consume daily to cells in our body. Objective: To determine the effect of moringa (Moringa oleifera) infusion against histopathological picture of the small intestine in white rats (rattus norvegicus). Methods: This study was an experimental used post-test with control group design. The subjects were white rats (Rattus norvegicus) with inclusion criteria. 10 white rats divided into 2 groups wich 5 rats entered to the control group with administration of aquades and 5 others given treated with administration of Moringa leaf infusion of 400 mg/kgBB/day for 60 days. The observed organs tissue is small instestine with H.E. staining. Microscopic picture of the vili of small intestine in length and width form were observed get measured and compared using independent t-test statistical analysis. Results: There’s no significant differences in the treatment group than the control group (vili length P=0.838 and width P=0.928). Conclusions: Administration of moringa (Moringa oleifera) infusion has not been affecting the small intestine tissue in white rats (Rattus norvegicus).
