The research of the elevated levels of eugenol in cloves oil trade by electrolysis methods using Carbon Electrodes has been done. This research has been done by dissolving 50 mL clove oil on 100 mL NaOH 1 M and the electrolysis using Carbon Electrode in various times and voltages, 5 volt in 2 hours, 10 volt in 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, dan 15,5 hours, respectively. The research produced the separation oil as much as 0,357538 mL, 0,27189 mL, 0,295952 mL, 0,312064 mL, and 0,432162 mL. The product separation oil analyzed by using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) which containing eugenol 79,23 %, 84,42 %, 83,44 %, 84,74 %, 88,14 %. The electrolysis methods show that the concentration level of eugenol increased 41,08 % from cloves oils. Keyword: Clove oil, eugenol, electrolysis, carbon electrode
