Bakauheni is one of the districts in South Lampung regency, ad became a gateway influx of tourists to the island of Sumatra if use road transportation Bakauheni directly adjacent to the Sunda Strait. Bakauheni strategic location has a variety of diverse natural resources, natural resource assets that is able to sustain coastal fisheries conservation and environmental services, both beauty and protection functions beaches, a specific strength to support the economy in the province. The survey results (CRMP, 1998) showed that the potential of coral reefs as a tourist attraction and fish habitat is still quite large, with the closure of more than 50% in this region. The land is quite diverse ranging from hilly ramps up with the contours of the rugged area immediately adjacent to the sea Sunda Strait. Common problems in the design of this resort is the increasing number of tourists in Lampung annually cause increased needs of hotels and resorts in tourist areas in South Lampung, while the number of rooms and hotel and lodging can not be self-sufficient.  The problem is how to design greeting Tread Resort in this Bakauheni which have the characteristics of a steep and hilly land that reduce soil erosion and maintain the site formed in accordance with the concept of Sustainable Sites. 
Implementation of the draft Sustainable Sites  Resort is comprised of some aspects of which are, tread design Resort in contour, Strengthening contour to prevent landslides with the placement pattern corresponding to Sustainble vegetasai Sites. Designing site using local natural materials that can absorb heat according to the concept Sustainble sites, so it is expected Resort is keeping the area of conservation in this region and can be used as a recreational tourist attraction.
