This study aims to examine the relationship between spousal support and work family conflict on working wives and children. The initial assumption is proposed in this study is that there is a negative relationship between the spousal support to work family conflict. The lower support of the pair, the higher work family conflict. Subjects in this study were women who had at least one child, work, have a spouse that works, and aged from 22 to 58 years. Subjects in this study were 50 people. The scale of work family conflict totaling 16 item that is based on aspects of the Work-Family Conflict Scale (WAFC) of the results of research conducted by Frone (Haslam et al, 2014), while the scale of support for the pair's 27-item prepared on aspects of Spousal Support for Work and Parenting (SSWP) according to Greenberger, E (Woodard, J.E., 2005). Methods of data analysis used in this study using Spearman Rho. Correlation shows the value r = -0.286, p = 0.022 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant negative correlation between spousal support and work family conflict, so the hypothesis is accepted.
