This study entitled "DILEMMA BALANCE THREE ROLE FAMILY, WORK, COURSE". This reseacrh purpose were 1) To find a description of a student who has three roles, 2) To know the problems that arise on a student who has three roles, 3) To know the partner social support to students which has three roles, 4) To know the description of job stress faced by students who have three roles and to describe the importance of family friendly policy according to which the student has three role.This is a qualitative research study approach case study. Method retrieval of data in research This is an interview and documentation. Interviewees in this study is Tengku Hilman Wizal, Lubna Velia Arini, Muhdin, and Diana Larasati who is a student who has three role. For determine the validity of the data using a test of credibility and testing transferability. Metode test data using triangulation and uses tambahan.Method reference data or presentation of the data in this study using reduction and data presentation. Research in finding that the reason for these students to experience three roles because they need a family to continue the descent, they must work to meet the needs of the family, and they went on to study for the purposes of work and motivation for their children. The problems is that appears in this study were students have needs which appear simultaneously and there are habits that do not fit with the job and studi. The couple of students who have three roles provide full support by providing the confidence and support what informants in this study .The students who have three roles in this study experienced job stress and considers that the policy is very important family friendly policy implemented in Indonesia.
