A Small industry or creative industry is a very important component in a household even in a country. Its existence is able to make the house become more productive and more income for the family economy. Indirectly, a small industry also help the country to provide jobs, reduce unemployment and poverty, increase incomes and standard of living. This research aims to find out the problems faced by stingray leather craft business (usaha kerajinan kulit ikan pari) run by Mr. Sulaiman as an owner. The author conducted research using the method of interactive interviews with Pak Kadung as a confidant and several other employees as the primary data source. Then author describe the results of this research corresponding actual circumstances. Based on the research found here, there are two problems causing delays a development of this business. The first, work ethic of employees are not good, the second, unavailability gallery for displaying goods production which facilitate customers who want to see Vanri colection work. With these two problems, hopefully the owner can fix his business to be better than before.
