This study aims to determine the method used by the company to control the supply of raw materials and determine methods to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of raw material inventory control. This research was conducted at PT Kharisma Eksport at Jl. Paris Km 9, Getak, Bantul Special Region of Yogyakarta 55186. The company is engaged in the production of modern furniture that contemporer and also as a place of creativity that is engaged in the planning and implementation of interior furniture as well as the airport project -among other projects such as cafe, resort, antique art , home decoration, kitchen set, restaurant, home and office. The method used in this research is the method Material Requirement Planing (MRP) which is supported by the method of forecasting (forecasting). Sampling was done by gathering data related to the production process of raw material components used, the number of products produced with the terms and conditions set by the company. Based on the analysis results obtained that the MRP method with EOQ technique, LFL, and POQ effectively save the cost of supply of the doings of the company. Costs to be incurred by the company with the method of the company more than the MRP method EOQ technique, LFL, and inventory costs POQ.Total Dining Table with the method the company is Rp 4,409,011.47, while the total cost of supply with EOQ technique is Rp 3,250,394.48, LFL is Rp 3,665,493.14, and POQ Rp 3,274,251.25. Dresser total inventory cost method the company is Rp 6,606,177.22, while the total cost of supply with EOQ technique is Rp 5,772,538.17, LFL is Rp 3,783,439.49, and POQ Rp 5,985,903.84.
