THE DESIGN OF MOBILE LEGENDS CHATBOT USING NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING Yayan Dwi Septian Departement of Statistcs, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science Islamic University of Indonesia ABSTRACT Over time, Humans are required to participate in the advancement of developing such technology. Current advances in technology can be found in various areas of human activity, one of which in the activity of playing games. Online game development in Indonesia has raised online game that is very popular nowadays, namely Mobile Gaming Legends. Mobile Gaming Legends have reached 100 million more downloads, however, lack of information obtained by the player of Moonton as Mobile developers can reduce the interest Legends player against Mobile Legends. So the need for new innovation that is a chatbot system can perform interaction with humans and human help by answering questions asked about Mobile Gaming Legends. The knowledge base is used in this Chatbot is NLP (Natural Language Processing). NLP is one of artificial intelligence. The goal of the field of NLP is modelling process is doing a computation of the language so that it can happen one interaction between man and computer with natural language intermediary, which is cross-plafform with special search algorithms IE paftern graphmaster algorithm matching developed to communicate better and be able to provide information about Mobile Gaming Legends. Then do the classification so that the data used has a strong foundation, as well as doing the calculation accuracy on the dataset queries are used to build chatbot program using Support Vector Machine (SVM). Based on the results of the analysis of the data classification questions Mobile Gaming Legends using SVM training data, registration data and test as many as 272 68, retrieved the accuracy of testing and conducted 0.9816% chatbot obtained accuracy of 50 questions asked were of 82%.
