ABSTRAK
Deklarasi Bali Concord II pada KTT ASEAN ke-9 di Nusa Dua Bali merupakan awal pembentukan ASEANCommunity (Komunitas ASEAN) pada tahun 2020. Namun, pada KTT ke-12 di Filipina melalui Cebu Declaration on the Acceleration of the Establishment of an ASEAN Community by 2015 yang disepakati oleh semua kepala Negara di ASEAN maka masyarakat ASEAN dipercepat yang sebelumnya 2020 menjadi 2015. Terdapat tiga pilar dalam masyarakat ASEAN yakni APSC, AEC, ASCC. Indonesia berperan dalam integrasi kawasan dengan memberikan beberapa kontribusi yang membentuk karakter dari ASEAN sehingga peran Indonesia dalam terlaksananya ASEAN Community sangatlah besar. Bannyaknya peran Indonesia dalam integrasi di ASEAN dapat dilihat dari tiga sisi menurut konsep integrasi Nye. Tiga sisi tersebut adalah integrasi ekonomi, integrasi sosial, integrasi Politk yang satu dan lainnya memiliki korelasi.

ABSTRACT
The Declaration of Bali Concord II on 9th ASEAN Summit in Nusa Dua, Bali, was the beginning of ASEAN Community in 2020. But, on the 12th Summit in The Philippines, through Cebu Declaration on the Acceleration of the Establishment of an ASEAN Community by 2015., which agreed by all of the head of state of ASEAN member states. This agreement resulted in the acceleration of ASEAN Community, from the firstly agreed by the year 2020, to 2015. There are three pillars in ASEAN Community, which are APSC, AEC, and ASCC. Indonesia plays a role in the regional integration by giving several positive contribution, which led to the making of ASEAN characteristic. Therefore, Indonesia’s role in the implementation of ASEAN Community is enormous. The roles played by Indonesia in ASEAN integration can be seen in three point of views, according to Joseph Nye’s Integration Concept. Those three point of views are economic, social, and political integration, which every each of it correlates to each other.
