ANALISIS PENJUALAN PRODUK PENINGGI BADAN DI JAWA TENGAH DAN DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA MENGGUNAKAN METODE ARIMA
Abstract
Time series data analysis aims to predict the next periods of data based on past data. The main purpose of this research is to predict the sales of TIENS supplement improve bone density in the provinces of Central Java and Special Region of Yogyakarta by using models of ARIMA(p, d, q). The data used in the form of monthly data from January 2013 until August 2017. This study discusses the steps of time series using Box-Jenkins method. This method consists of several voids, that’s the model identification is done by identifying the model that’s considered the most appropriate to see the ACF and PACF plots of the correlogram. Estimated parameter stage is performed by diagnostic assessment to test the conformity of the parameters obtained in the previous stage. Once the appropriate model is identified then the next step is to use the model for forecasting. Results of this study indicate that the ARIMA model (0,1,1) gives a good forecasting result with the smallest AIC and SIC value. This is evident in the data forecasting sales of TIENS suplement improve bone density in the provinces of Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
